Albert Manzo is co-owner of event and catering company The Brownstone and they share three children together.
Her sisters include Dina Manzo and Caroline Manzo. Chris Laurita and Jaime Laurita are two of her six brothers.

Caroline Laurita-Manzo was born on the 23rd August 1961 in Brooklyn, New York. She holds American nationality and Italian-American heritage. Her parents are Joseph Laurita and Nettie Laurita; she has four sisters – Dina Manzo, Angela Rooney, Ann Ricks and Francesca D’Annunzio as well as six brothers: Chris Laurita, Jaime Laurita Joseph Laurita Michael Laurita Anthony Laurita
She is married to Albert Manzo, co-owner of The Brownstone. The event and catering company was originally owned by his late father Albert “Tiny” Manzo who passed it down. Albert “Tiny” Manzo passed it down from him. They share three children; she herself has experienced domestic violence which she regularly speaks out against as an advocate and survivor; additionally she actively supports various women-related charities which has garnered her much recognition.
Laurita currently co-owns and manages The Brownstone catering and event planning business, according to his LinkedIn profile. Additionally, Laurita serves as co-director at Arizona HIDTA and as manager at HIDTA-AZ.
