The scholarship offer for the college football player was not immediately extended. He waited twenty-one days before he received one. Cooper Kupp was born June 15, 1993, in Yakima, Washington. He attended Eastern Washington before being drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. After a stellar career at Eastern Washington he was awarded the Walter Payton award, the highest honor in college football. He was the first player from the Pacific Northwest to lead the league in receptions, yards, and touchdowns.
