Two young adults met at a party hosted by friends in Harlem and instantly connected.

Before being declared husband and wife, they exchanged vows and rings before walking through their reception with their bridal party behind them, cheering and celebrating!

Early Life and Education

Daniel graduated from New York’s world-renowned Traphagen School of Fashion. He began designing bridal gowns for Priscilla of Boston before progressing on to Pandora Frocks, Marina Bridals and Jena Bridals.

Daniel also operates his own design firm called Daniel’s Bride and specializes in crafting unique wedding dresses for women.

Dan and Betty have long been close, making for an extraordinary friendship and co-worker pairing. He respects her a great deal while they trust one another implicitly, becoming extremely close and dependent on each other.

As the series progresses, his initial hostility toward Betty slowly gives way to respect and the possibility of romance between them. At the conclusion of season 1, however, Wilhelmina revealed she had an unborn baby with him that caused him to be demoted from Mode.

Created leads and new business through various marketing strategies. Analyzed customer needs, volume potential and merchandising plans to drive sales and maximize store profitability.

Custom designed bridal, mother-of-the-bride, communion and Christening gowns as well as evening, Debutante and Bar Mitzvah gowns. Facilitated dress selection meetings directly with brides; performed administrative responsibilities like creating reports from registration cards for brides registering their dresses as well as following up with prospective clients.

Achievement and Honors

Daniel’s approach is that every bride deserves an individual gown that reflects her individuality, which has inspired her to design an array of custom made dresses that cater to each woman’s individual personality.

Daniel has won multiple accolades and awards for her design work, such as Mujer Hoy Woman of the Year award and Icono de Estilo de Vanidades designations.

Taelor and Daniel’s stunning beach elopement in Costa Rica was an absolutely magical event. Working with New Leaf Flores, McElroy Weddings for videography services, Charlotte Phinney for hair and makeup services and Swoone Beauty to craft their extraordinary cake, their day was truly memorable. Rabbi Al Axelrad officiated the ceremony while Adare Manor provided the venue for their reception reception.

Personal Life

Daniel Lissing appears to be close with Daniel. Although not too forthcoming about his personal life, Daniel frequently posts photos with family on his Instagram feed.

He owns a cat and dog whom he frequently takes with him on trips to the beach and snow, respectively. Additionally, his Instagram account boasts over three thousand followers.

His relationship with Nadia remains private and he rarely discusses it in interviews or on social media. As an animal enthusiast, he enjoys taking Oscar along on hikes and ski trips while being very fond of Ignacio, his close-knit cat who lives close by. Additionally, he’s an accomplished musician, playing both guitar and bass guitar with great proficiency.

Daniel has amassed quite the fortune despite only having recently started acting.
