Dan Hutchison was known for providing flashy diamonds and chains to rappers and performers; his SUV was riddled with bullet holes as he lay bleeding to death outside his Oak Park pawn shop.

Mr. Levy served as lead or co-lead counsel on multiple class action cases which collectively recovered over $800 Million across different industries involving discrimination, unpaid wages, ERISA claims, and consumer fraud cases.

Early Life and Education

Daniel Hutchinson was born in Ridge, Maryland and attended her parents’ school before going on to various colleges – Miner Teachers College, Prairie View A&M University and Howard University were among her graduation institutions.

In 1971, she worked as a researcher at the National Portrait Gallery, conducting research into African American portraits and helping develop its oral history program as well as strengthening relations between local community members and the museum.

Dan Hutchison resides in Gloucester Township with his wife Karen and four children Katie, Shawn, Nick and Brian. Since 1995 he has been an integral member of his community serving as soccer commissioner and baseball coach; sponsoring local football, soccer and lacrosse organizations along the way.

Professional Career

Hutchison has an expansive practice representing plaintiffs in complex class actions. As lead or co-lead counsel, he has helped secure over $800 million for individuals and business entities of various sizes. Additionally, Hutchison represents plaintiffs alleging police misconduct or First Amendment violations.

He owns a popular jewel store in Oak Park and has long been considered an advocate of liberal values within the community. His client list includes rappers Rick Ross and Jacquees, singer Sada Baby and boxer Adrien Broner – as well as others such as boxer Adrien Broner!

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Rider College, CPA certification, and law degree from Widener University. For over 27 years he has practiced law with a primary focus on helping people through financial hardships. Additionally, he serves on Gloucester Township Council as well as being countywide coordinator of Financial Literacy Program that visits high schools to discuss credit card debt risks.

Achievement and Honors

Dan Hutchison has not only excelled professionally but has also been actively engaged with his community. He volunteers as a youth soccer commissioner, lacrosse coach and baseball mentor as well as making contributions each year to local football, baseball, and basketball programs.

Dan Hutchison has earned many honors and recognitions for his efforts in space science and exploration, such as being awarded both a National Space Trophy and Space Communicator Award from NASA.

He has also been recognized for his heroic acts during an Amtrak train crash in Montana. As a result, Governor of Montana awarded him with Montanan of the Month recognition due to his acts of heroism and leadership during this incident, in addition to receiving an Omega Seamaster watch as recognition.

Personal Life

Hutchison takes great interest in civic affairs and serves as the Gloucester County Regional Coordinator of the Financial Literacy Program. Additionally, his own law office specializes in helping people cope with difficult financial times. Hutchison holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Rider College as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University Law School.

He has successfully served as lead or co-lead counsel on numerous complex class actions and has recovered millions for clients involved in cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, ERISA protection issues and financial fraud.

He is active in his community, sponsoring local football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse and baseball teams and contributing to local Boy Scouts annually. In his free time he enjoys woodworking and video gaming with his family.
