He has 27 years of operational and policy leadership experience, such as command of counterinsurgency operations, serving as the Deputy Military Advisor to the Ambassador of the United Nations and leading Air Force acquisition portfolio for unmanned intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance technologies, policies, and programs. For his efforts he received both the Defense Superior Service Medal and Legion of Merit awards.
He most recently served as Of Counsel with Bennett Fowler LLP in New York where his focus included complex commercial transactions, project and structured financing, securities law offerings (Regulation S offerings), asset protection planning, estate planning as well as corporate law advice.
