Dave Bamford was born on March 29th 1976 in Melbourne, Australia to an accomplished ballet dancer and fine artist parents. In addition to his role as a university lecturer and academic, he also co-founded and directed the university’s award-winning Innovation Centre – an innovative hub that encourages student and staff collaboration on projects from both inside and outside of the institution. Furthermore, he has established numerous academic partnerships, such as those with Manchester City Council and NHS England; additionally, he has been guest speaker at numerous conferences and symposia.
