David has over 25 years of experience in the building trades as a furniture-maker, carpenter, general contractor and energy auditor. He is co-founder of Minim Built LLC and the creator of the original Minim House.

David Bamford is a former Australian badminton player who currently works as a pilot for a Fortune 500 company in Denver, Colorado.

He is an experienced Federal Aviation Administration Airline Transport Pilot with Instrument and Multiengine Land ratings, as well as being certified as an Advanced Ground Instructor.
