Personal Life

David Winnett was an exceptional husband, father and grandfather who took great pleasure in living life on his farm, playing his guitar and harmonica, fishing for trout and camping with family and friends.

He was also an active member of Salisbury Church. He leaves behind his wife, Sharon Louise Winnett; children Michael Joe Winnett and Frank Eugene Winnett Jr; sister Yvonne Kuhl; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren as survivors.

Mr. Gold was an innovator of Collaborative Family Law, which allows couples in separation to resolve issues through non-confrontational means without resorting to litigation. Since 1996 he has been a member of the American Association of Collaborative Professionals as well as being admitted to practice both in Illinois and California. Furthermore he was President of San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association as well as being honored as Fellow by American College of Neuropathic Physicians as well as receiving funding from National Science Foundation grant.
