Dionne Warwick is an award-winning American singer who was known for her crooning. She has released numerous albums and received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. As a member of the Drinkard Singers, she appeared on TV Gospel Time and performed with her family. In the early 1960s, Warwick traveled to Brazil, where she studied Portuguese.
