The famous footwear Uggs has made a splash in the fashion world. The boots were invented by an Australian surfer, Brian Smith, in order to combat the cold that comes from being in the water. They were popular among celebrities and surfers in California by the 2000s. In fact, Hailey Baldwin recently wore a pair of the brand’s boots to a party.
