Fenty Savage Bathing Suit
Savage x Fenty – Rihanna’s First Bathing Suit
Savage x Fenty is an offshoot of the pop diva and fashionista herself, Rihanna. She is rumored to be courting potential investors for a cool $100 million. Earlier this month, the company launched its first eau de toilette, Fenty Beauty. However, no one is sure what exactly is in store for the brand. It is believed that the business has a three-and-a-half year track record, but is still young enough to make headlines. The company is backed by LVMH, the world’s biggest luxury goods maker, but is run by a private equity firm, L Catterton. A new website is in the works, but the brand has already logged its first brick and mortar stores in Las Vegas and London. One of the most notable features of the business is its commitment to inclusivity. In fact, there are several Fenty products targeted at both men and women. This includes a line of swimwear and a men’s collection. There is also an upcoming men’s perfume and cologne, but those items are yet to be announced.
While the Savage x Fenty has long been a staple in the Fenty stable, the company has been expanding its horizons over the past few years. A $115 million Series B round was completed in early 2021. Among other things, the brand partnered with LVMH’s Moet Hennessy and Louis Vuitton to launch an ecommerce site, and recently opened the doors to its very first brick and mortar store in Las Vegas. To add to its lustrous roster, the company is set to unveil its first fragrance and a men’s collection in September.
