Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Say Goodbye on “The Voice”

Gwen Stefani made her final appearance on “The Voice” on Monday, December 6th, and she wore a festive holiday look. The coach wore a silver sheer dress and a feathered shawl. The outfit was a nod to Christmas and included a plunging neckline, leopard print details, and a pair of black fishnets. She also wore red lips and a pair of crystal earrings.

The pair performed their duet at Blake Shelton’s ranch, Ole Red Tishomingo. They also sang to volunteers from a food bank. During the performance, they were live-streamed by NBC. Later, they tweeted their thanks to NBC. It was a bittersweet moment, as Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton had to say goodbye to their time on the show together.

The two-part finale of Season 22 of The Voice aired on Monday and Tuesday, and the winner will be revealed during the two-hour results special. A group of five artists will move on to the next round of competition, and one will be crowned the Season 22 champion. The final three will perform in the finale on December 12 and 13. This will be Blake Shelton’s last season on the show, though he has said he’s taking some time away from it. In the meantime, he’s collaborating with new coaches, including Niall Horan and Chance the Rapper.

The first round of live eliminations featured two singers from Team Gwen. Bodie and Justin Aaron both impressed the judges with their renditions of Brandon Lake’s “Gratitude” and Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On”. The other singer, Brayden Lape, dedicated his cover of Tim McGraw’s “Humble and Kind” to his hometown of Nashville. The pair was praised by Shelton, and the teenager received a standing ovation from the other coaches.

The Top 5 singers from the final round of competition were given the task of performing an uptempo electric tune. During the second round of live eliminations, Team Gwen had three members remaining. The group was joined by John Legend’s Omar Jose Cardona and Morgan Myles.

Before the performance, the coaches gave their support to the group. Gwen Stefani wore a leopard-print dress and a pair of black and cherry red lipstick. She paired her look with a pair of black crystal earrings. The look was completed with a pair of heeled leather ankle booties.

The Voice finale will air on Tuesday, December 13th at 8PM EST on NBC. It will feature performances by Kelly Clarkson, Kane Brown, and Maluma. Additionally, it will include guest performances by One Republic, Karol G, and Adam Lambert. It will also feature the winner of the season and the coaches. The winner will receive a recording contract, along with a check for $1 million. The coaches will also perform alongside the finalists.

Gwen Stefani made her debut on The Voice in Season 7, and she returned for seasons 9 through 19. She was a part-time advisor on Seasons 8, 10, and 19 and was the co-coach of Season 22. She hasn’t confirmed whether she’ll return to the show in the future.
