Jack is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice. He advises issuers, funds and financial institutions in a range of corporate finance transactions with an emphasis on equity derivatives such as convertible note issuances with related hedging overlays and equity options; monetization transactions; margin loans.
Early Life and Education
Jack Neff was an honest, generous man with an indomitable spirit who taught his children and grandchildren how to live life with integrity, fairness and humility. In 13 years ago he battled and beat stage 4 cancer.
He was an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, the Fluid Power Educational Foundation, Royal Ponciana Country Club in Naples Florida and also served on the John Purdue Club President’s Council board of directors.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Marie; daughter Leslie; sons Harry and Dan; sister Shirley Neff Reed and two nephews Andy Gray and Mark Gray (predeceased); as well as being born in 1922 and graduating with an engineering degree from Purdue University.
Neff has gained recognition as a master strategist due to his vast expertise in complex transactions involving derivatives and corporate finance. He has worked on convertible note issuances with associated hedging overlays, equity derivatives monetization transactions and margin loans; additionally he has helped found emerging companies.
Jack is a conservative Republican who idolizes Ronald Reagan. He harbors strong anti-gay views, attributing their deaths to AIDS epidemic and suggesting he participated in homosexual orgies during his time at Pentagon.
Jack invents several profitable products during his chairmanship of NBC, such as transparent dishwashers. Additionally, he pioneered an effective cancer therapy regimen. Meanwhile in his personal life he often had casual sexual relationships with multiple women simultaneously including Pizzarina Sbarro (Heiress) and former Kabletown coworker Elisa Pedrera (FKabletown worker).
Achievement and Honors
Neff serves on the board of Greater Fort Wayne Business Alliance and was named a “Fort Wayne Top 25 Leader” by Crain’s magazine. Additionally, he belongs to St. Romuald Catholic Church, Fluid Power Educational Foundation and Royal Ponciana Country Club in Naples Florida.
Neff is the proud father of daughter Nicole Lebo and son Matthew; grandfather to Ernest V and Alexandria. He serves on the Advisory Council for John Purdue School of Management as well as former President of Student-Athlete Advisory Committee; has appeared as a guest on both Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Conan O’Brien shows, recorded with Bettye LaVette Bloodkin Phosphorescent Jerry Joseph to name just a few renowned artists; has received many accolades including 2021 Erwin Ephron Demystification Award.
Neff has distinguished himself both in writing and music; performing and recording with bands like Bloodkin, Phosphorescent, Jerry Joseph and Widespread Panic as well as appearing on several TV shows like Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Conan O’Brien and The Late Show with David Letterman.
At Trinity United Methodist Church of Clearfield, he has been actively engaged in his community as both president of the Clearfield Lions Club and chairman of Fluid Power Educational Foundation Board of Directors. Meridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis as well as Royal Ponciana Country Club in Naples Florida also counts him among their membership ranks.
Debra is survived by her husband, Stephen; two daughters Nicole Lebo and Mary Houck; son Matthew; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. In lieu of sending flowers, his family requests donations be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children in Cincinnati as a memorial tribute.
This multi-talented model has worked with iconic brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Benetton and Lagerfeld. He has graced numerous runway events as well as appearing in campaigns for Swarovski, Carolina Herrera Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss campaigns – even creating his own brand called Katana Men’s Luxury Swim and Resort Wear Collection!
He avoids eating oily or fatty foods due to their negative impacts on his health and figure, preferring instead 0% fat Greek yogurt for its nutritional benefits.
He currently resides in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children, where he remains an active member of his community and volunteers with several youth wrestling programs; additionally he coaches Lock Haven University men’s wrestling team as an adjunct faculty member and serves as head coach. Furthermore, he writes for various trade publications such as Household & Personal Care Marketers magazine as an editor at large.
