John Bartolone

John Bartolone is an American attorney specializing in bankruptcy, litigation and corporate law. With a diverse background and esteemed for his transparency and professionalism, John is highly regarded by those within the legal community.

He has been appointed offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Jackson State, where he will install an Air Raid offense under head coach Deion Sanders.

Early Life and Education

Frank was born in Santa Lucia Del Mela, Sicily in 1933 and moved to Hammonton when he was eight months old.

John was married to Jeanette Mae Erle Button for 54 years, and they had two daughters: Janice and Joyce. Additionally, John was a faithful member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Seven Springs.

He was an accomplished Rotarian, serving 45 years in the Berlin Rotary Club and 47 years with Hammonton Rotary Club. A leader and past President of each club, he earned himself numerous recognitions, including St. Joseph’s Red & White Society citizenship awards, Camden Diocese Bishop’s Medal as well as being nominated and appointed to Knights of St. Gregory. Tragically, his many friends and family members will miss him dearly.

Professional Career

John Bartolone is an accomplished film editor, filmmaker and actor. His credits include work on shows and movies for networks such as NBC, Hulu, and Netflix.

He began video editing at the age of thirteen and has been in the industry for over twenty years. During that time, he has created music videos, short films, commercials and TV shows as well as filming music videos and documentaries.

He was part of the team that took Todd Banhazl’s “Dragons” to a 2022 Emmy for Cinematography, as well as directing a feature film about John Lyke that earned an Emmy nomination. Currently living in Cheshire, Connecticut with his wife and two children, he also volunteers at Silverwood Clarinet Choir and Central Winds Music Educators’ Wind Ensemble. With a Bachelor of Arts from Crane School of Music at State University of New York (SUNY) Potsdam and Master of Science degree from SUNY Oswego, his passions continue to inspire him daily.

Achievements and Honors

John Bartolone was an esteemed trial lawyer with a successful record in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. His AV-Rating from Martindale Hubble–the highest possible rating–reflects his legal ability and ethical standards. Over his career, he has tried over one thousand jury trials as well as many bankruptcy cases; additionally he handled multiple appeals.

He was an active Rotarian who spent 45 years with the Berlin Rotary Club and then spent his remaining life with Hammonton Rotary. During that time he served as president of the club and received many honors and awards for his service. With his wife Renate he founded the Frank and Renate Bartolone Scholarship Fund; when not working or playing golf with her he enjoyed gardening or fishing together. Sadly missed by his loving family and friends, Frank will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Personal Life

John Bartolone was born in August 1948 and has been happily married to Jeanette for 54 years. Together they are the parents of two daughters: Janice and Judy. John was an active member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Seven Springs, PA as well as serving as deans at Gulf Harbors Yacht Club in New Port Richey, FL.

He is a gastroenterologist who earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. After completing an internship and residency in Internal Medicine, he also became Board Certified Digestive Disease Specialist. With an estimated net worth between $75-99K, he has lived in Clinton Township for 20+ years with his family: two children and three grandchildren.
