Early Life and Education
A child learns a lot in their first years of life. They grow, develop their language skills and learn how to interact with others.
The experiences children have in their early lives are vital for fostering good brain development, which contributes to overall health and wellness. The critical milestones, skills and concepts they acquire during this time also form the basis of later educational success.
Studies have shown that children who attend quality preschool programs perform better in school, especially in language and literacy. Additionally, they are less likely to develop social-emotional disorders and have higher levels of self-sufficiency.
John Engquist has a lengthy career in the business world. He is currently the CEO of H&E Equipment Services, Inc.
