Early Life and Education
Lance Drummonds was born in Rochester, New York. He attended Kennewick High School and the University of Washington before entering military service for 9 years and 7 months with the United States Air Force. Following this commitment he moved to Ohio.

Prior to joining TD Canada Trust, Mr. Williams served as Global Consumer and Small Business Banking eCommerce/ATM executive for Bank of America, service and fulfillment operations executive at Fiserv Inc, divisional vice president and general manager of Dental Products at Kodak’s Professional Products division and corporate VP for 26 years.

Ree and Ladd own both a cattle ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma as well as The Merc, a restaurant retail store located downtown. They also run several other businesses together including P-Town Pizza Bakery and Charlie’s Sweet Shop – each one leading to popular blogs, cookbooks, and Food Network shows featuring Ree & Ladd’s work.
Drummond has established himself in real estate business by owning and co-owning Drummond Land and Cattle Ranch, covering an area of 433,000 acres in Oklahoma. This property represents his primary source of wealth. Furthermore, his family also owns multiple restaurant retail stores in Pawhuska.
Family Farm operates organic gardens to produce organic vegetables for feeding livestock as well as raising and breeding Angus cattle.
Before joining TD Bank Group, Drummond served as Executive Vice President at Fiserv, Inc. where he led operations and technology functions related to underwriting, funding, deposits, discharges, fraud management, credit collections as well as Lean Six Sigma project office services for Canadian banks offering retail, small business banking as well as wealth management products.
