Lucas Moskowitz serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Robinhood Markets, managing its legal group as well as government and regulatory affairs.

Moskowitz succeeded Anne Hoge who left to join DeFi Angels lobbying firm; many other Trump-era financial regulators such as Commodities Futures Trading Commission Chair Christopher Giancarlo and SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce have since moved onto cryptocurrency companies after going through this revolving door; these include Commodities Futures Trading Commission Chair Christopher Giancarlo and SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce who are all working in crypto companies now.

As counsel to former SEC Commissioner Daniel Gallagher, he provided advice on high-level agency matters with particular emphasis on domestic and international policy matters within both Divisions Enforcement and Trading Markets. Prior to that he practiced securities law at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP’s Washington office.
