Oliver Sabot is co-founder and Managing Director of Nova Pioneer Group, which operates an impressively expanding network of schools dedicated to making world class education more affordable in Africa. Additionally, Oliver created and directs Kepler and Spire; two innovative models to dramatically improve postsecondary education quality, cost, and accessibility in developing nations.

Professional Career

Oliver is an impact investor, entrepreneur, and executive coach. He has founded and expanded multiple businesses – such as one of Africa’s largest school networks and pioneering models of tech-driven education – as well as led global programs at CHAI to reduce child mortality and transform health systems worldwide. Today, Oliver works closely with Elemental portfolio companies as they address foundational challenges in organizational design and company culture.
