Steve Davidson is a highly renowned commercial litigator, having successfully tried cases to verdict in federal and state courts across the nation.
He specializes in complex commercial litigation and international disputes, such as arbitration proceedings and judgment enforcement matters, for clients like BNSF Railway Company, American Airlines and Nokia Solutions and Networks.
Davidson serves on the P3 Committee of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association and oversees MacTEACH tutoring program as a mentoring initiative for at-risk and refugee youth.
Early Life and Education
Steve Davidson attended a one-room country schoolhouse before attending and graduating high school in 1943 before joining the Army infantry. Serving during World War II he earned both Purple Heart and Bronze Star awards.
Mr. Davidson has tried over 30 cases to verdict in federal, state and administrative courts as well as extensive experience with arbitrations and has effectively resolved hundreds of disputes through efficient pretrial resolution processes.
In addition to teaching both regular and AP English courses, Davidson also advises MacTEACH’s Tutoring Program and takes great interest in education and global poverty issues; advocating against them both in and outside the classroom. He serves on James R. Favor & Company (JRFCO) Board which oversees their bylaws, rules, policies and procedures.
Kristi is a partner at a law firm and specializes in representing banks in complex financing transactions, negotiating and closing large commercial real estate loans secured by office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, industrial parks and vacant land.
He has represented the firm in high profile arbitrations and complex business litigation around the globe for clients such as BNSF, ExxonMobil, Nokia Solutions and Networks and American Airlines – drawing upon his extensive trial experience to litigate difficult issues through trial hearings, master complex facts and handle international judgment enforcement proceedings.
James has dedicated much of his service to Davidson as a member of the Board of Visitors, Game Changers Campaign Committee Chair, Richardson Expansion fundraising committee member, 20th Reunion Co-Chair, career Mentor, Annual Fund Class Agent and board Member for Georgia Regional Campaign for Davidson committee. James currently lives with his wife in Atlanta Georgia.
Achievement and Honors
Davidson was an active community supporter, involved with various organizations in Roanoke Valley such as Showtimers, Mill Mountain Theatre and Acting Company as well as supporting an exhibit for Julian Stanley Wise Rescue Squad at Museum of History in Roanoke.
As part of his service in the Army, he saved one of his colleagues’ lives while on an intense desert warfare course in Djibouti and received both an Army Achievement Medal and Military Volunteer Medal as recognition of his actions.

Steve Davidson is an active participant in his community. He serves on the Board of Startup Niagara, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives by hosting monthly events for aspirant entrepreneurs and connecting them to resources. Furthermore, he actively supports various charities throughout Niagara.
Michael also works as a teacher at Alamo Colleges District, teaching English IV-AP and IV-GT courses as well as MAC UP (UTSA University Prep). With an expertise in architecture design and engineering of interstate and arterial roadway projects as well as system and service interchange facilities.

He has successfully represented clients in high-profile cases that had global ramifications, earning recognition by Global Arbitration Review and Chambers USA as an “notable practitioner.” Additionally, Steve regularly represents companies involved in complex international litigation matters.
Davidson is best-known for his work on Saturday Night Live and is widely considered one of the best-known comedians in America. Joining SNL as one of its youngest cast members ever at age 20, Davidson made headlines for his comedy performances during 2014 season of SNL and quickly rose through its ranks to become a standout performer.
He has appeared in multiple TV shows and films, while serving as a notable social media influencer with millions of followers. Often drawing on personal experience to craft comedic routines based on them.
He has been romantically linked with Ariana Grande and Cazzie David (Larry David’s daughter). Additionally, Davidson previously dated model Emily Ratajkowski; their relationship ended after nine months; this report is believed to have come out in August 2022.
