Steve Davidson attended a one-room country schoolhouse before attending and graduating high school in 1943 before joining the Army infantry. Serving during World War II he earned both Purple Heart and Bronze Star awards.

Mr. Davidson has tried over 30 cases to verdict in federal, state and administrative courts as well as extensive experience with arbitrations and has effectively resolved hundreds of disputes through efficient pretrial resolution processes.

Kristi is a partner at a law firm and specializes in representing banks in complex financing transactions, negotiating and closing large commercial real estate loans secured by office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, industrial parks and vacant land.

He has represented the firm in high profile arbitrations and complex business litigation around the globe for clients such as BNSF, ExxonMobil, Nokia Solutions and Networks and American Airlines – drawing upon his extensive trial experience to litigate difficult issues through trial hearings, master complex facts and handle international judgment enforcement proceedings.

James has dedicated much of his service to Davidson as a member of the Board of Visitors, Game Changers Campaign Committee Chair, Richardson Expansion fundraising committee member, 20th Reunion Co-Chair, career Mentor, Annual Fund Class Agent and board Member for Georgia Regional Campaign for Davidson committee. James currently lives with his wife in Atlanta Georgia.
