Steve Wentz is an accomplished mountain bike racer, trail builder and mountain bike enthusiast. One of the first people in America to design and construct pump tracks, his company Momentum Trail Concepts now travels globally designing and installing pump tracks around the world.
After his vehicle went off the road and crashed Wednesday evening, a Lincoln man was transported to Northern Lights Eastern Maine Medical Center for treatment and is currently listed in stable condition.
Early Life and Education
Pete Wentz is an American musician and business owner best known as bassist, primary lyricist and frontman of Fall Out Boy. With an extensive musical background – having founded experimental electropop band Black Cards during their hiatus period in 2009 – Wentz boasts an impressive resume.
Wentz attended New Trier High School and North Shore Country Day school before enrolling at DePaul University – however he soon dropped out to pursue his musical career full time.
He began dating Jeanae White in 2003; they broke up around mid-2006. Following that relationship he dated model Meagan Camper from 2011 to 2014; during that time they announced via Instagram that she was pregnant in February and gave birth eight months later in August.

Stephen specializes in fixed income markets, with particular expertise in US Treasuries and interest rate products. Wentz didn’t receive an FBS scholarship offer, yet made the most of his time at North Dakota State. He led them to five straight titles while posting impressive stats against an FBS opponent in their only matchup. Additionally, Wentz runs a successful business designing and building mountain bike trails which remain enjoyable to ride long after they’ve been built.
Wentz is part of the rock ‘n’ roll group Black Cards with his bandmates. This group made appearances in multiple episodes of One Tree Hill as well as producing an electropop/ska album.
