Adrienne Cox’s family have filed a lawsuit alleging Rutherford County of negligence by releasing Lokey without bail on a probation violation charge, due to his “shockingly extensive criminal history.”
Early Life and Education
In June, Adrienne Cox’s family filed a lawsuit against the county for releasing Lokey on bond despite his long list of criminal offenses that included domestic assault, theft and probation violations. The family alleges that Lokey had multiple domestic assault and theft convictions as well as numerous probation violations on his record.
Steve established Emory University’s Department of Human Genetics due to his belief that human genetics required its own department in order to integrate clinical and basic research.
