Thibault plead guilty to killing three individuals and placed his fate in Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Marvin U. Mounts’ hands, appearing for six status checks and scheduling conferences between his change-of-plea hearing and penalty phase hearings.
Early Life and Education
Thibault has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to wireless communications technology, in addition to offering advice in various business-related intellectual property issues. He is a member of both the San Diego County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
He has represented clients in an array of litigation matters, such as patent disputes, patent infringement suits, antitrust investigations and trademark prosecution. Furthermore, he is skilled at licensing negotiations, due diligence investigations and negotiating technology transfer agreements.
Thibault-DuDonis joined Mississippi State’s coaching staff in 2022 and was widely lauded for her contributions in developing First Team All-American Victoria Vivians as well as recruiting two nationally-ranked recruiting classes to Williams Arena. He first joined the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA as a scout and assistant coach before being promoted to director of scouting and player personnel director for their player personnel director position. Under his watchful eye, Charles Oakley and Karl Malone would go on to win six NBA championships between them during his tenure with Chicago Bulls in 1990s.
At present, he works at Taft as an associate, specialising in private equity and general corporate matters. Additionally, he has extensive experience with patent prosecution and counseling on intellectual property matters.

Thibault excelled on her basketball team throughout high school, helping lead it to a state title and amassing an 58-22 record over four seasons. She earned first team All-East Connecticut Conference recognition, as well as being nominated twice for McDonald’s All-American nominations.
Thibault went beyond her academic achievements to support students outside of the classroom. As president of KCL’s Anglo-French Medical Society, she improved access for disabled students to join. Furthermore, she helped establish Unity Clinic which seeks to redefine how education and practice intersect in health systems across America.
Thibault has amassed over four and one half million followers on Instagram and posts videos based on his personal life, family life and lifestyle. Additionally, he has appeared in multiple TikTok shows.

Thibault came under attack by Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley this year for improper conduct in his investigation of Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son.
